Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may reschedule once, free of charge, provided you give sufficient notice before the appointment. Contact the firm by WhatsApp or email as soon as you know.

Cancel with sufficient notice and the fee is refunded, minus any transaction charges applied by the payment provider.

Cancellations made with less notice, and missed appointments, are not refundable because the time slot has been reserved for you.

If the firm cancels, or declines the matter after payment (for example following a conflict-of-interest check), the fee is refunded in full.

Refunds are returned through Whish to the account used for payment. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
