Consultation Terms

A consultation is a defined session in which the lawyer reviews the situation you describe and gives you guidance on your position, options and possible next steps.

It does not include representation before courts or authorities, drafting, negotiation or ongoing work. Those are agreed separately in writing.

A time slot is reserved only once the firm has confirmed it in writing and the fee has been paid through the personalised payment link sent to you.

The firm may decline a matter, in particular where a conflict of interest exists.

All consultations are paid; the firm does not offer free consultations or discounts. Consultation prices are: Remote Legal Consultation USD 100 (up to 30 min), In-Person Strategy Consultation USD 150 (up to 45 min), Urgent / Same-Day Consultation USD 200 (up to 30 min).

Prices shown cover the stated standard scope. The final fee is confirmed in writing before payment. No additional work is undertaken without the client's approval. Court, government, notary, expert, translation, travel, registration and other third-party expenses are excluded unless expressly stated.

Urgent, same-day, evening, Sunday or public-holiday work may carry a surcharge of up to 50%, confirmed before payment.

For representation and complex matters, the fee is quoted in writing after a paid consultation. Representation retainers generally start from USD 1,500 — a starting retainer, not a total case fee.

Advice reflects the facts you provide. Please describe your situation accurately and completely, and mention any deadline, hearing or time limit.

Attend at the agreed time and, for online consultations, ensure you have a working connection.

Once a matter is accepted, communications are covered by professional secrecy under Lebanese law and the applicable rules of the bar.

These terms are governed by Lebanese law, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
