Founders, shareholders and investors outside Lebanon can start with a remote consultation. We consult in Arabic, French or English and can act in Lebanon within the scope of a power of attorney signed in your country of residence, so you do not need to travel to begin.

2 · The firm confirms scope and fee
We reply with the scope of the consultation and the applicable fee, and send a personalised payment link by WhatsApp or email.
3 · Payment confirms the appointment
Once payment is received, the appointment is confirmed — remotely or at the Badaro office, in Arabic, French or English.
